Tutsplus.com is a great resource for developers, to the point that I’m linked there by friends almost daily. Usually, I get referred to http://net.tutsplus.com but the site is loaded with tutorials of all sorts.

From coding to Photoshop, and all multimedia in between, this site is definitely worth visiting. If you really like their tutorials, they offer premium tutorials on subscription for $9/mo.
